Biography

My name is Dr. Kristian Balzan. I was born on the 6th of July 1978. I am happily married and father of a daughter. I am a professional legal practitioner having graduated from the University of Malta back in 2003 with a Doctorate in Law. I eventually furthered my studies having undertaken the course of the Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Maritime Law. In 2006, I obtained a Diploma in Canonical Marriage Cases, Jurisprudence and Procedure at the Metropolitan Tribunal of Malta. I have been practising as a private legal practitioner for the past 18 years, extending services in civil, commercial and maritime cases.
