The Secretary General oversees administration, records proceedings, manages correspondence, supports the Council’s work, and ensures effective coordination and communication within the Honorary Consular Corps.
TreasurerMatthew Ellul Sullivan
The Treasurer manages the financial affairs of the Honorary Consular Corps, oversees accounts and subscriptions, prepares financial reports, and ensures sound financial administration.

A Council Member participates in the governance of the Honorary Consular Corps, contributes to decision-making, supports its objectives, and upholds collective responsibility and good governance.
