Biography

H.E. Marquis Chev. Anthony C. Coleiro is a Chartered Consultant with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and in June 2017, he was honoured with a Doctorate in Business Administration.

H.E. is also certified in Education Leadership and Diplomacy. With over 43 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, and tourism sectors, H.E. has held prominent positions such as General Manager and CEO in various hotels, tour operating companies, and creative business consulting firms. He has vast experience in managing hotels, resorts, and offering consultancy services to the travel and hospitality industries.

H.E. Marquis Coleiro has served on the Board of Directors of the Malta Tourism Authority and currently holds the position of President of the Compliance, Regulatory, and Enforcement Board of Directors. He is the founder of TC-Consult & Associates, a Malta-based management consulting platform with global reach.

Beyond the private sector, H.E. has been involved in numerous governmental and non-governmental institutions, serving as a Tourism Ambassador, Chairperson, and Director for various organisations.

In March 2023, he was appointed Resident Ambassador of the State of African Diaspora for Malta. H.E. holds the following International Institutional roles as High Commissioner for the Republic of Malta at World Humanity Commission; Ambassador - At - Large - United Nations Alliance Sustainable Development (UNASDG); Ambassador - At - Large - African Food Basket Federation (AFBF); Ambassador - At - Large - Global Union & Global Houmard & Co Foundation (GU-GHCF); Goodwill Ambassador - Global Peace & Prosperity Organization (UPPA - GLT); High Commissioner - UN SDGS - World Humanitarian Commission (WHC). He is an Honorary Citizen of the Town of Saly in Sénégal and the Mayor Ousmane Gueye Advisor.

H.E. holds the noble title of Marquis in the College of Nobles, granted by the Imperial Prince of Enez, and is recognise as a Grand Cross Chevalier, Grand Chancellor, and Marquis in the Ordo Byzantinus Sancti Sepulchri.
