Dr. Kevin F. Dingli, Dean of the Honorary Consular Corps of Malta, visited the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI) in Philadelphia, meeting its President Aaron Stein and its Development and Research Manager Christine Datesman amongst others. This coincided with a reception and conversation with Lithuanian Ambassador to the United States H.E. Gediminas Varvoulis, conducted by the FPRI President, which discussed Lithuania’s pivitol role in regional security and regional defence along NATO’s eastern flank, counter-hybrid threat strategies and the future of US-Lithuanian diplomatic and economic partnerships.
