Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder.

William Saad is responsible for shaping IHS Towers' long-term technology vision and driving innovation across the company.

He has over 28 years' experience in the telecommunications industry. William has played a key part in the development and roll-out of Nigeria's and Africa's telecommunications sector, including building the first turnkey sites that marked the beginning of the country's Global System for Mobiles (GSM) revolution.

William has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

In 2018 he was appointed Honorary Consul of Zambia in Malta.
